Two shining bronze-cuckoos, copulating at Campbell Park at 9am today, just
south of the horse gate. So how soon will she predate a smaller bird's nest?
and what bird is she likely to predate?
Also saw a horsefield's bronze-cuckoo--barring incomplete down centre line; and
two white throated tree creepers. We haven't seen them very often at CP.
A visitor from Queensland reported seeing a very young tawney frogmouth chick,
on a path up to Mt. Ainslie
