Horsfield's Bushlark?

Walking along the edge of Lake BG West basin (returning from the area of the museum and having just had the pleasure of seeing a Sacred Kingfisher), I saw a small bird that fitted the pictures, description and behaviour of a Horsefield’s Bushlark.  The only thing that was different was that it tended to bob its tail up and down a bit, similar to a Pipit (which it wasn’t at all like in any other way).  Could it have been the bushlark?
