Hi Susanne,

I am a PhD student from ANU studying friarbirds. I did find at least two breeding pairs at the Pinnacle last year. Not sure how many years they’ve been there, but they were there at least last year.

Cheers,

Virginia

I saw a single Noisy Friarbird near the Pinnacle in Hawker on Friday Evening (approx 5:30pm).

That was the first time I went there, so I can't say if that is a common place for them to be or not.

Susanne

Yesterday in the casuarinas at the High Court there were three Noisy Friarbirds.  They were the first ones I have seen this season.
