Ian, COG has an incomplete set, stored in the COG library at Barbara Allan's place. The Civic public library has a set, and I often go in and use that -reference only, you can't take the volumes out of the library, but I find it handy to have that set easily accessible.

Assuming it is not  available online (except for NZ birds), I’m presuming the libraries at the ANU, CSIRO or the National Library are the best places to go, or maybe does COG have a copy which members are able to access?

Could someone knowledgeable advise me?
