Hi All, I was in Costco the other day and noticed that they have an Olympus Stylus SP100 compact camera (SP-100EE) which has 50x zoom on special at the moment for around $330.
Ted's current price is $449-95. This would be a bargain for anyone who wants to get reasonable bird photos but either doesn't want to carry or can't afford larger more expensive SLR cameras.
