Folks In Monday afternoon had the pleasure of visiting Abrahams Bosom Reserve in Currarong, NSW – on the northern side of Jervis Bay. The place is currently ‘going off’ with birds due to large scale flowering. Among the many species present were three lorikeets – Little, musk and rainbow - compare musk lorikeet at https://vimeo.com/102118776 with little lorikeet at https://vimeo.com/102118777 . Honeyeaters were good also with Scarlet and white cheeked present – see https://vimeo.com/102111568. More to come... Enjoy David |
