As well as the intended purpose of Steve's message I was struck by the information his attachment contained about overall surveying effort revealed by the map. This led me to get a bit more information from Steve about the overall number of data sheets submitted for each grid cell. Here are the results.
It is pleasing that there is at least 1 data sheet for the every cell thatfalls within the administrative boundaries of the ACT. While some of the '0' cells are a tad off the beaten (or otherwise) track some others are not too far away from what passes for civilisation around here. Perhaps those of an adventurous bent might wish to try getting to some of the grey cells at some stage (I intend to have a crack at P17 and P18 in the near(ish) future.)
The thought also occurs that progress towards reducing the number of zero or unreliable cells would be an interesting topic for the Annual President's Report.
