One of my neighbours told me yesterday that she saw a "huge flock" of
Yellow-tailed Blacks passing over Jerrabomberra one day last week. She
could not estimate numbers but said that there were too many to count. We
were away so missed it all.

While cycling on Adelaide Ave this morning, just west of the Hopetoun
Cct underpass, we had a flock of 27 YTBCs pass over our heads, heading
north from Deakin to Yarralumla. Although we frequently see small flocks
of a few at a time around this area, this is the first time we have seen
so many together in that vicinity.
