YTBCs over Deakin: rain?

3+ Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos in west Deakin (nr Kent St) at present, 
sitting in our Yellow Box , whistling and squawking at each other, wheeling 
around then returning.

Has anyone heard of the belief that such behaviour predicts rain?
