18 still there at 6.30 and a guy with camera within FSTW.  I advised him that they were off limits (the site not the birds).

There was a flock of ~14 red-necked avocets feeding in the pond closest to Dairy Flats Road (visible from fence) today (6 Jan) at around 12:30.
