Not allowed in. What people do is look across to the ponds from the tree belt along Dairy Road, i.e jump the first fence into the tree belt but not the second fence into the ponds area proper.

There was a flock of ~14 red-necked avocets feeding in the pond closest to Dairy Flats Road (visible from fence) today (6 Jan) at around 12:30.
