Highlight of the morning - two peregrine falcons. Saw a single bird on 3 occasions, then up near quarry fence two flew over my head at once, one of them calling constantly. A family group of three grey butcherbirds on a branch. A white-throated gerygone being pursued by two begging youngsters as it moved from tree to tree. Over 40 species in 2 hrs.
