Hi all,

hearing an unfamiliar bird call, I rolled out of bed and investigated, just to find a single Cockatiel in the backyard. Escapee?
While I was taking some photos, wishing the lens to see through gum leaves and gum nuts, a Currawong attacked, and possibly made contact - I found a grey feather in the driveway on the feeble attempt to follow them. They disappeared very quickly and there were no other distress calls from the Cockatiel to be heard.

Attached is the chance photo. Couldn't upload it to imageshack this morning. Hope it's not too big.

Cheers,

Susanne
