One male Black honeyeater, seen well, 900 m. S. of Pine Island by the path to Pt Hut Xing. 12.05 p.m. Sunday 24th Nov. Observed for c. 15 seconds before it dropped from its treetop perch into dense undergrowth. I could not find it again.

 

Other spp. present include: OB oriole (heard); Mistletoe bird (several heard, 1 seen); Noisy friarbird; 6-8 Black-faced cuckoo-shrikes; Rufous whistler; W-T treecreeper, Yellow-faced HE, RB finch.
