The combination of spots and bars is odd. By shape appears to be an inner
left wing secondary from a not very accomplished flier of the size of a
chicken and from the suburban location and unusual pattern almost certainly
from a chicken (although if it was just spotted and not barred, I'd guess a
Guinea Fowl). As for which breed of chicken, consult a poultry expert.
I would be surprised if someone can find a match for any native bird.
