We have just returned from a two week trip to the UK.  The highlight, under any measure, was on the last day when we went to the red Kite feeding station at Gigrin Farm near Rhayader in mid Wales.  Watching about 200 red Kites in a feeding frenzy was exhilarating and I'd urge anyone in that area to front at 3 pm any day (2pm in Winter).  At £3.50 a head it was also very good value!

A few photographs are at this post.
