A notable capture, John, and I cannot resist a little enhancement.  I remember first learning of this interesting construct at an induction course in Port Moresby in 1962 when the flora and fauna of New Guinea was being explained to new arrivals.  However, you impress me:  I have never been to Bali (except the airport, in transit)

Couldn't resist sending this, this is a picture of Lombok from a beach on the east of Bali. Note Wallace's Line in the middle distance!
