Hi Rosemary,
Nice to hear that YT honeyeaters are around. They
used to be common along the 'bidgee about 10k S of Tharwa years ago but I
haven't seen any there in recent years.
The flowering euc could be E polyanthemos which
usually flower Sept - Oct. I have seen a couple of naturally occurring yellow
box trees E mell. flowering well in July near the UC years ago. They usually
flower Dec -Jan in the ACT.
