You might remember Dominique Homberger, professor of zoology at Louisiana SU who has spoken to COG and CSIRO about cockatoo biology.  Dominique is in town again and is interested in observing local parrots/cockatoos, in particular feeding Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoos.  Does anyone know of current sites where that behaviour might be observed?  Does anyone know currently reliable spots for Gang-gang feeding?  My recent experience of the latter is only small  groups on the wing around south Canberra.  They are probably using backyard feeders somewhere.  Does anyone have any recent news of Glossy Black-Cockatoos?
