Good morning Bruce,

It's a Rose-ringed Parrot aka Indian Ringneck or Ring-necked Parrot. They
are reasonably common in captivity but the population is ever so slowly
being built up by aviary escapees. It has the potential to become a serious
pest in Australia if it becomes established.
