Hello. Don't know if this is of interest to COG members or maybe just to me? Today at the Nat Zoo i saw a SF Wren still kitted out in his black and blue breeding plumage (i thought it was getting late in the year for this), and a flock of 8 DB Finches hopping about the picnic area with the sparrows, mynas, guinea fowl and starlings. Have not seen DB Finches at the zoo before (i'm a regular visitor due to a kiddie).
