John's question about the C&B checklist is interesting. It certainly used to be on the Birds Australia website but I have been unable to find it there either using their search facility (which appeared unable to go beyond page 1 of 4) or random flailing around the site. However there is a copy of the C&B checklist on http://printablebirdchecklists.homestead.com/5-FieldGuideCheckLists.html (go to the bottom of the page that appears and C&B are 2 rows up). The checklistis avaialable as Excel or PDF.
