A quick trip's highlights included at least 5 Freckled duck on the dam and, in
a bushy area further along the road, a very large mixed feeding flock of
Silvereyes, Brown thornbills and Red-browed finches, with at least one
Yellow-faced HE and a Rufus whistler. Also, feeding on what we think was
Fleabane along the roadside, a group of approx 30 young Crimson rosellas,
accompanied by a family of WW choughs (couldn't see what they were eating).
