Thanks Robin. I note that Shazam has 11 million songs (presumably song/performer pairs on it database. As there are - subject to the evil acts of taxonomists - about 9,000 species of birds a similar sized DB could have 1,200 clips per species. White-browed Scrubwren and Superb Lyrebird could move towards the limit but would be balanced by Gang-gang Cockatoo. Martin
