That is a very strange Bee-eater. The presence of the 2 elongated tail feathers and the normal adult head markings & black throat patch only match an adult. These features would appear to show it is not a juvenile. But the almost white underparts suggests some kind of defective plumage pigmentation. I wonder if anyone else has seen a Bee-eater like that one.
 
I also saw a wedge-tailed eagle at Namadgi ( back of visitors centre ) approx 3.30 pm and a pair of them at Lanyon this afternoon.

Yesterday a low flying wedge-tailed eagle at  Namadgi ( back of visitors center ) approx 1.30 pm  he was very  low, under the power lines at one stage

TODAY I think I may have found a 2013 baby bee eater, my reasons are the chest is down not fully colored, and the head is smaller to the adults there was one adult not far away , I really hope one has fledged ( not the best pic) flew off quick

Also today appears the cockatoos are enjoying the thistles around
