at the beginning of the Mt Tennant walking track just to the west of the Naas main road were a Jacky Winter, 5/6 Rainbow Bee Eaters, male and female Hooded Robins and  a pair of Speckled Warblers as well as several of the commonly seen smaller locals.  On the way up the mountain some Gang Gangs and on the way down 3 Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoos, white Eared Honeyeater and Fuscous Honeyeater.
