Now, can we refresh ourselves on what that graph tells us.  As I understand
it, in record sheets submitted for each of the 30 years 1982-2012 the SWF
has been recorded between zero (2 years) and just under 6% (once - in 1989).
Most recently, in 2012, the SWF was recorded on 2.5% of sheets (about
average).
