HI everyone,

Last week work took me to Townsville & I had the opportunity to return to the Townsville Common after a long absence. The “wet” hasn’t arrived as yet, and water bird numbers and variety were low. However there were lots of woodland species and I finally got a decent photo of one of my favourite Nth Australian birds - the Crimson Finch. Enjoy.
