I was surfing blogs this morning and in http://petesflap.blogspot.com.au/2013/01/wee-jasper-birdsong.html came across an image of a Black-chinned Honeyeater.  It appears that the Reserve in question is on the Goodradigbee and thus within the COG AOI.  It only has a couple of small hills to surmount and it's in the ACT!
