Whilst birding at kelly's on Monday, I noticed that one egret looked
considerably smaller than the other two around it. I toyed with the idea of it
being an Intermediate, and the others being Greats, but I couldn't get past how
much this guy looked like a Cattle Egret.
Anyone have any thoughts? this would be the first time I have seen a cattle
agree at Kelly's, although I have seen them elsewhere.
Apologies for the terrible photo, and the size of the photo - had to scale down
to get below 100kb. You can get a size scale from the coots.
Thanks,
Julian
