Sorry, guys, just realized that COG has a firm policy on cancelling field trips when there is a total fire ban, and that applies on Saturday. That is COG's long-standing policy. Its purpose is to avoid putting our members' lives at risk.

Hi guys,

As said in Gang-gang newsletter, the plan is we meet at 7:30am, at Pine Island (North) car park. Then car shuffle to Vikings Club car park on Athllon Drive. Then walk from there through the reserve down to the river, then walk along the Murrumbidgee Discovery Track back to Pine Island. The total walk would be about 3.5 km. The first 0.5 km might be on grass which could be wet from dew. It might be a good idea to wear water-proof shoes/boots.

See you guys tomorrow.

Nigel
