The new and beginning to dry lake along the bike path, below Weston RSPCA – or opposite the intersection lights at Streeton Drive and Cotter Road is becoming interesting.  Two Black-fronted Dotterel, two Red-kneed Dotterel, two Shoveler, two Masked Lapwings, lots of Coot, one Hardhead, lots of Pacific Black Duck, Grey Teal and Coot . Across the grassy paddock below the RSPCA also Eurasian Skyark and Black-shouldered Kite.  Also not far from here Collared Sparrowhawk along the Molongolo bike path.
