Yes the sandwash ( Tharwa) is perhaps one of the best spots for them but any of the picnic spots along the river are likely for them.

Thank you for your emails asking where the bee eaters where spotted,

We walked around the sandwash ( Tharwa) location and spotted them also 6 DB finches

Hope to hear of many others finding these
