Namadgi Visitors’ Centre this morning. With that, Mr Spotless disappeared into the reeds and left the stage to the spotted crake. Also, as I was leaving I disturbed a white-necked heron who flew off before I had a chance to photograph it. The pond is alive with half-grown Pacific black-ducklings.
