At about 3:30 this afternoon two adults and what I took to be a recent fledgling settled in a couple of trees on the northern boundary of Mt Rogers Reserve above Avery Place. Observed them calling to each other for about ten minutes before my cocker spaniel urged me to just get on with the ball throwing.
