Thanks for all the messages about good crimson rosella locations. It gives me somewhere to start as opposed to aimlessly wandering or driving around. I haven't had much luck so far finding piping birds down here in Geelong, but as far as I can tell they don't seem to congregate reliably in any areas (here that is). Hopefully I will have more luck back home in Canberra. Thanks again!
