I wrote the below last month but not all are in synch. Today I found another
Tawny Frogmouth nesting. This one was sitting low on the usual small untidy
stick nest, probably incubating eggs or if there are chicks, they are very
small. So the timing is well behind the others (or maybe a second brood).
This one very easy to see and I found it by chance. It is at the Kambah Pool
car park. I will resist the temptation to describe exactly where, on this
forum but if people known to me ask I can pass on where it is. It would be
an easy photo opportunity (but they usually are).
