If it is the same bird as on the right Roger – and it would be a curious coincidence if it is not – I took it for a scruffy young fantailed.  Striking contrast in light between early morning and afternoon

This young Cuckoo was spotted out side the Bittern hide by a fellow bird watcher this afternoon,  I'm undecided wether its a Brush, Fantail or Pallid, I lean towards a juvenile Pallid Cuckoo. Suggestions please.
