In the heat of Tuesday afternoon two birds were calling to one another with a repetitive bell-like “Bip-poooo”.  When they moved on with the loud “choonga-choong” it was evident they were Grey Currawongs -  the ones that look like Pied Currawongs.  Actually they are a sort of sooty charcoal colour and whether they finish up grey or black depends on how you edit your image.  The small amount of white in the wings seems to vary  with the individual.
