It seems like a midge of some sort. I'm not sure...
Your photo sent me to my archives, and a quick search produced my
photos of that spider,
eating the same insect. It must be fond of that particular lunch!
I've added extra pix of creatures being consumed by various spiders.
There's great variety, and some are remarkably large considering the
sizes of the hunters.
At the end, in the photos of spiders and wasps, it's sometimes less
certain who'll eat whom.
