Dear members
 
Thank you to those of you who have made suggestions of places that COG could hold outings in 2013 and a special thanks to those who have already agreed to lead outings.  However, I need still more suggestions, particularly for places we have not visited for some time or at all.
 
We will be holding a field trip planning meeting at 5.50pm this Thurs 25 Oct at the Conservation Council and you are all invited!  However, if you are unable to attend but would be happy to lead an outing in 2013, could you please email me with the following information:
  • location
  • length of outing (eg morning, all day, weekend, long weekend, Mon-Fri, etc)
  • if overnight or more - camping or accommodated
  • suggested date (just the month would be fine)
  • day/s - usually outings are on Sunday but Saturdays are also fine
 
With your help, we hope to create an exciting outings programme for 2012.  Remember, you do not need to be an expert as participants are always happy to help with bird ID.
