Subject: | Harrier? over Giralang |

A largish raptor just flew over my place in Giralang. I didn't have my binoculars on me, so I didn't get a good look, but I thought at first that it looked a bit like a Whistling Kite - about the right size, longish tail, but it didn't look quite right - not "untidy" enough. The head on profile, to the extent that I could make it out, looked more like the profile of the two Harrier species according to my Simpson & Day - wings upswept. I couldn't make out any markings on it. I hope it comes back to let me get a better look. Duncan.
