Hi all,
About ten forty this morning a smallish stocky eagle flew over my Higgins
house, hotly pursued by currawongs and magpies - based on the underwing pattern
and fingered wings, I'm pretty sure it was a little eagle!!!
This is the first I've seen for years, since Jerrabomberra wetlands round about
2009.
Also, the Higgins peacock appears to have returned, being quite noisy while I
was waiting at the bus stop above Davidson street yesterday.
Did anyone else see the eagle?
