is the property, and there is more than ample evidence that the lagoon is officially “Rose”.
Drove past it yesterday and it is quite soggy. Too rainy to see much at the speed I was going. Lake George is as full as I have seen it for a long time.

What were the boundaries of Kippilaw Station? Various hints from Googling the name suggest it is North of the Woolindilly (sp?) River. There is currently a BoM weather station (70055) with that name, which is just about on the named River, at the position marked on the Google Earth screenshot (Screen 01). It is just over 17km from the Lagoon being debated.
I also Googled <"Rose Lagoon" Goulburn NSW> and came up with an entry in Bonzle and came up with a map shown in Screen 02. It shows both spellings under debate appearing to suggest that the soggy bit is spelt 'Rose' while the adjacent property is 'Rowes'.
