Part of the area east of the excellent Dry Sclerophyll Forest where the recent heathwren sightings have been made appears to be good regenerating Yellow Box/Red Gum Grassy Woodland. This area needs to be surveyed for it's conservation value and possible inclusion in a future reserve. The Dry Sclerophyll Forest needs a buffer erea to the east.

The Dry Sclerophyll Forest grades into Yellow Box/Red Gum Graasy Woodland to the north and Has scattered woodland trees to the west which may have woodland conservation potential.

The whole area has connectivity potential for connecting Mt Stromlo across the Molongle R to Kama Nature Sererve and should be assessed with that potential in mind.

Cheers
Peter
