There are dozens of online calculators that I found,

I couldn't use the program you suggested, David, as I am a Mac user.

Multiply the fractional part by 60. e.g.
35.303079 degrees = 35 degrees, .303079*60 minutes
= 35 degrees, 18.18474 minutes
= 35 degrees, 18 minutes, .18474*60 seconds
= 35 degrees, 18 minutes, 11.0844 seconds

149.005521 degrees = 149 degrees, 0 minutes, 19.8756 seconds
