14:30 hours today in the garden: very warm and sunny with clouds billowing up in the N.W. While watching the clouds I noticed about 10 swifts moving across a large patch of blue within the cloud bank but sans binos, whether needle tails or fork-tailed, I couldn’t hazard a guess.

Still in the garden but in wannabe lepidopterist mode, I had great views of a Spotted Jezebel Delias aganippe. First one I’ve positively identified – beautiful thing!
