agree on both answers you have received. The id of Jacky Winter is a bit harder than normal, as the usually
most obvious feature of the bird, the tail feather pattern, is mostly in
moult.

other set of photos are, as Denis Wilson has said, are of a probable female
Red-capped Robin.
The
second set of the same bird are of a Jacky Winter.
