You may compare the wing markings and forehead of a definite Red-capped Robin (female) from Charcoal Tank (image attached).

I don't have a Flame Robin image,  but there are mature Females and some very young juveniles on the COG Gallery

In general, I would think Flames (even immature) show more light markings on wing than your bird.

Ultimately, I would have to say that the real life bird's size ought be a better guide than a photo. Flames are much larger than Red-caps.
