Buff-banded rail

Dear COGs,

I understand a couple of you have seen the buff-banded rail in recent weeks. 

I have an interstate visitor coming next week if you know whether it is still around/likely to be seen in a particular locality.

Any information would be much appreciated.  And to those who expect me to remember what you have already posted, at my age, remembering what one had for dinner last night can be a problem.
